Also, GamerScoreBlog.com has posted an article dismissing the rumors that people will be banned for playing Halo 3 early, even if they work for Microsoft.  This comes as no surprise, as it seems Microsoft/Bungie are now in the business of actually encouraging Halo 3 spoilers to spread.  After all, the best way to find out the end of Halo 3 after waiting all these years is by reading it (in all capitals of course) on your favorite videogame site by some kid who just bought it from a store.  Halo 3 should have started shipping today at the earliest, but instead it has sat in stores for a week now, with copies being leaked each and every day.

Blogcast #4 will come out before Halo 3, and will come out next Monday night, releasing around 6pm central.  I’ve also figured out all the little problems I was having with Audacity during the recording and post-recording of this show, so I’m really looking forward to going at it again early next week, with plenty of time for preparation due to my nine day vacation from work beginning on Saturday evening.

Anybody else taking time off work or school for Halo 3’s launch?

In other news, Luke Smith of Bungie has said the following over on the Neo-GAF forums -

Daily Content on Bnet between now and launch including Matchmaking Playlist reveals (maybe Tyson will write something on them, I gotta ask him tomorrowz), Networking, Saved Films, Guide and Tour of Bungie.net, more Forge, First Ever Halo 3 Humpday on brand new Forged Gametypes with films of Rocket Race, new 2 hour podcast with Joe Staten, Marty O’Donnell and Chris Gossett talking about the new Bnet, the next Blomkamp and finally, a long awaited pre-launch surprise.

I dunno, seems like a decent amount of stuff to help you pass the time.

Very interesting.  The new Bungie.net launched today as well.
